If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to fees.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled departure, no refunds will be provided. Please contact us if you are unable to make your travel plans.

4. Changes to Itinerary

If you need to make changes to your travel dates or itinerary, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

5. Weather and Force Majeure

In case of weather-related disruptions or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your travel. Refunds may be provided in exceptional cases.

6. Group Bookings

Group bookings have specific terms. Please refer to your group booking confirmation for details on cancellations, refunds, and changes.

7. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or disruptions. Refund eligibility may vary based on your insurance coverage.
